TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAR HIRE
The term “hirer” shall refer to the person or persons identified on the booking form as the bride
and/or groom and/or the person who signed the booking form.
Bookings are accepted only following receipt of a deposit of €100 per car. Deposit or any other amounts paid in advance are non-refundable! Please make cheques payable to Coolmanagh Enterprises T/A Odyssey.
The full balance must be paid to the driver on the day of your wedding.
Change of date
If you change the date of your wedding you must notify us in writing. If the car(s) you have booked are not available on your new date then the booking will be canceled without refund of deposit.
If you change any other details of your wedding e.g. collection address, church or hotel, you must notify us in writing or complete a new booking form. (We will post/email one on request.)
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel within 8 weeks of the wedding date, the entire balance will be payable immediately and shall become a legal liability of the hirer.
We supply either a white or ivory ribbon as requested. If the bride wants to use her own ribbon she must notify us and if we can accommodate her we will. Material ribbons, not plastic, please.
Generally, we do provide a bottle of bubbly. This will depend on the event and terms of the booking.
In the unlikely event that the car(s) you book become unavailable or have a problem on the day(due to unforeseen circumstances) every effort will be made to substitute another car.
Children under 3 years of age are not permitted to travel in our cars. This is necessary to comply with regulations regarding child seats.
Passengers under 17 years of age must wear seatbelts in our cars where provided.
In the event of any claim or dispute arising, the maximum liability of Odyssey to the hirer shall not exceed the total amount paid by the hirer for the total hire.
